Our Real Southern Barbecue is rubbed with our secret blend of spices and cooked the Old-fashioned Southern way, low and slow, in our wood fired pits for hours and hours 'til tender and juicy. Note: the Rosie color of the meat or Red Barbecue Ring, is a result of our slow smoking process. Only Real Barbecue has it. Our Lip Smackin' Home-made fixins' and original Memphis Roadhouse Barbecue Sauce is made from scratch daily. When it comes to Southern Barbecue, Memphis is the legend.

Additional hours of service are available upon request. We provide all serving equipment, buffet table covers, chafers, serving bowls, baskets, serving utensils, and all necessary quality paper supplies; napkins, disposable plates, and heavy duty plasticware. | |

Perfect for groups of 10 - 100. Hot food delivered or picked up packaged ready to be set out for your own convenient Barbecue Buffet. We provide all necessary quality paper supplies; napkins, disposable plates, and Heavy Duty Plasticware. Delivery is available at a nominal rate. LAST MINUTE ORDERS WELCOME!
